将有机无卤次磷系阻燃剂、溴代三嗪、三氧化二锑制得的无卤复配阻燃剂添加到ABS塑料中,制得性能达到V0级的ABS阻燃材料。制得的无卤复配阻燃剂在保持ABS原有机械性能的同时,还具有优异的阻燃性能,可避免材料在燃烧过程中释放大量的含卤有毒气体,降低火灾事故中对人体的伤害。
Abstract:Halogen-free composite flame retardants synthesized from organic halogen-free hypophosphite-based flame retardants, brominated triazine, and antimony trioxide were incorporated into ABS plastics to produce flame-retardant materials meeting V0 certification standards.The developed halogen-free composite flame retardants not only retain the original mechanical properties of ABS but also exhibit superior flame-retardant performance.This innovation effectively prevented the release of toxic halogen-containing gases during combustion, thereby significantly reducing human injury risks in fire incidents.
